Actually i do this all the time for a desert or spread too (it's awesome with some whipped cream and piled on a sweetened flax bun) but i'm wondering if it would taste better if the pork was cooked right in it. I'll try it and let you know how it turns out. I'll have to just keep my eye on how much water i put in i guess...don't want it to stick to the cooker.Jen, 39, F
