Hi everyone ( I posted this in ext.induc.)
I thought a lot of you may enjoy this delicious dish I'm making tonight...mmmm
ground beef (I used .772 kg-the whole medium package)
tomatoe past (I used the whole 5 oz can)
chopped onion (less than 1/2 cup) depends on you
chopped parsley (1/2 cup)
season with salt 'n' pepper and/or seasoning salt
Preheat oven to 450 F
In a bowl mix the beef, onion, parsley and salt pepper until all mixed in together.
In a cup mix the tomatoe paste with water (enough to make it saucy) Then take a large deep casserole dish and butter the bottem a little so meat doesn't stick.
Place the meat until entire bottom is covered. Take the paste and pour on top..(make sure there is enough tomatoe sauce covering the meat...but not too much so it doesn't overflow when cooking) If needed, keep adding a little bit of water until covered.
Cook for 20-30 min...keep checking between that time until you feel satisfied with the way it looks.
If you want you can add cheese after...it is very delish!
Sorry if I didn't explain clear enough....I'm not good with wording out my recipes!
enjoy..I am off to eat!
