My dream has always always always been to live on the water, and this is the closest we've gotten so far.
We face east, so we have a view of the city (the CN tower, Skydome - I just cannot call it the "Rogers Centre!"), the Toronto Island Airport (so we get to see planes take off!) and the lake (damn, there are a lot of booze cruises!). We also have a great view of all the construction to build condos happening down there, but I'll take that if I get to see the lake.
I have pictures at home of our view - I will post them later!
Greektown! What a great place to live, while following the Atkins WOE. You have some of the best restaurants! When my husband and I first met, we spent a lot of time in that neighbourhood, enjoying everything the Danforth offers in the summer time.
