    Tonight I had a couple of bratwurst sausages and again a selection of mixed vegetabkes.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                We're boring tonight. Steak with broccoli and sour cream. Strawberries & yogurt for dessert.

                        I guess I'm just bored with it because we keep cooking it the same way! I definitely need to find something more interesting to do with steak, me thinks.

                            I've never had that either. bet it would be good! i love sour cream!

                            I'm having steak, creamed spinach and cauliflower (that i might throw sour cream on now LOL)
