Alot of times I do leftovers from dinner...steak, hamburger, chicken, salad etc.... also you could do sausage, bacon, ham etc.

Hey Chrissy! I know how you feel, I'm not crazy about eggs and was struggling with breakfast for awhile. I basically had to change my idea of what "breakfast" was, and started to make dishes I'd usually have for lunches, ie. sauteed steak/chicken and veggies, etc. Now I have an Atkins shake for breakfast each day, it's very convenient since I'm always running late.

I'm sorry but Shakes are not allowed during induction,
eat only what is on the list of acceptable foods during the first two weeks.

I have also learned to eat just about anything on the induction list of acceptable for breakfast. I eat soup, and salads and like Amy said, leftovers are great. You will find that the longer your on this diet, the more dinner leftovers there will be :hug

Yup, I didn't start having shakes until I was through with Induction. But before then, eating "lunch" stuff for breakfast saved me from an avalanche of eggs.

the flax meal cereal with cinamin (sp?) and splenda and perhaps a little cream?... Pretty good stuff... And is a wonderful atribute to the induction fase when it comes to potty time! hehe!

We have a thread going called WHAT'S FOR BREAKFAST that has a lot of good ideas. Also, do a search for "breakfast" and you'll find a TON of responses to this very question.
