Broad Beans, and Brocolli. I may even sneak a couple of brussel sprouts in there also - I just live my life to the full sometimes......

Trust me, you dont want to know!!!!!

Me being a bloke who lives on his own is always looking for short cuts in the kitchen! I put them in a pirex dish cover them with water and microwave them generally!

Saves on washing up and takes a lot less time......

No need Heidi, I am actually quite a good cook, but when just cooking for one, I cant really be bothered. When it comes to entertaining, I can hold my own.

I cooked Christmas dinner last year, and am quite adept when "knocking" something up.

I haven't given dinner any thought yet. But I always like to hear what everyone is having especially when I need some inspiration!

I love them. Strong flavors like arugula, radishes, garlic (!) I love garlic. My dad used to call me a rabbit as a kid because I love greens and veggies so much. Better than meat, as a kid. I could eat the butt off a cow now. lol
