    Orange and Yellow Peppers?

I know that the induction food lists indicates that it is okay to eat peppers...and this might seem like a silly question...but does that include all of them or just green?! Thanks!

Sure, but keep in mind that the yellow, red and orange peppers can have a higher sugar content than the plain green ones. That's why they taste sweeter. It's still okay to eat some, but the carb count may be higher.

          red peppers

make a great bread substitute!...cut them in half and fill them with stuff then put them together and they travel really well....curried egg salad is wonderful inside!....
