I actually have some natural casings in my fridg from making sausage and am goign to try this with Valid if she is still game...look with all the wierd foods I have come across an eggroll in a sausage casing is not so bad....

Heidi, go for it! I can't get to a butcher until this weekend, and hopefully they'll have some. I'm past nut rung so I'm itching to have some coconut...for flavor AND texture.

I'm not too picky about what I eat...especially with meat, I'll even do organ meats...wish they weren't so high in carbs. So, the sausage casings don't bother me a bit.

I have my own ewww moments, though, so Mog's entitled to hers LOL One of mine is oysters...ewwww...and sweet potatoe, pumpkin...ewww LOL

Not since I've been on Atkins...I love coconut shrimp/prawns though. And I bet it would be awesome on the chicken too. My shopping list for this weekend:
sausage casing
cabbage
ground pork
bok choy
coconut
bean sprouts
shrimp

I have to go with out a list and a plan but I will go Friday and make the run to my favorite Asian markets for filling veggies...

Agreed, we'll take pictures. It's an adventure! We might make something tasty, or like the cookies, it might be naaaaaaaaaaastyy! LOL But at least we're trying and not just lopping a piece of meat and a frozen microwaved veggie on our plate right???

Oysters only only eww if they are raw or if you get a really big fat one and cut it open and look inside, now that is a major ewww.
