Sounds interesting. But shouldn't it be under "Tuesday's what's for breakfast?" thread.

Roast beef, baby carrots (for the family), faux taters, asparagus, and water...lots of it!

I have a little of everything. Beef tips, boneless chicken breast, pork chops, I'm just getting SO tired of cooking them the same way!

ok how about this I am not sure what rung you are on...

take your chicken breasts and flatten them a bit..put them in a zippy bag add
              1/4 cup olive oil
              the juice of one lemon
              oregano
fresh crushed garlic or powder if you have to
              salt and pepper

mush it around then let it sit for an hour flipping when you think of it

grill or broil until done and serve in thin slices on top of a fresh salad with your favorite salad dressing

I had hot sausage with a thin coating of sauce. Dbf had spaghetti with hot sausage and sauce. I realized I need to find a new way to determine doneness without tasting the spaghetti.

Here is the "crust" before the toppings. I did refrigerate it overnight. But, when it came out of the oven everyone just wanted to EAT it. So we did need forks. Except DH. He ate a little bit later and he was able to pick it up and eat it. It was really good, I thought. I'll make it again. DS was upset that it was so small! Used to make pizza on my stone, much bigger! ;-)
