    Monday's what's for dinner? thread

So, what are you having for dinner tonite?

I put a big old hunk of pork loin in the slow cooker with sauerkraut, peppercorns and a little water...dinner will be ready when I get home! I just love my slow cookers!

LOL, I generally have pork chops 4 nights a week, and beef steak the other 3 nights!

Some people could accuse me of being a tad repetitive!

Me too. I never have any trouble finding things I like to eat that are legal! But I have to have a little more variety than you Rich! I have to have chicken, pork, steaks, fish etc, I like to try and eat something different every nite of the week! Of course sometimes we have chicken 2 nites or pork...but not 4 times! You're funny!

I'm male, and its quick and easy.

I like fish, but cant be bothered to cook it!

If me and GF go out for a meal, I'll even have steak then too

Although last time we went out, (the night of the bath, roses and suchlike) I had salmon.

Meatball melt (meatballs with a little tomato sauce and mozzarella melted on top) with salad and green beans. Yum -- it's one of my favorites!
