Sorry to steal this thread.
I noticed Heidi said she couldn't find broad beans. I noticed them in the frozen section of the Asian market next to the edamame (soy beans). Apparently, broad beans are big flat soy beans.
Anyway, if I can find them here in the middle-of-nowhere Iowa (redundant,no?), you can probably find them where you are.
