Ok, I am with you now.

My original impression was that Heidi had kids knocking on her front door and then running off.

                Re: Tuesday dinner?

My hubby works on the city Roads Dept so does jackhammer as part of his job..and he'll be the first to tell you the days the boss puts him on jackhammer is ironically ALWAYS the painful day after a night of drinking . Murphy's law of jackhammering.

Anyway..for dinner? i was thinking of stuffed zucchini (cooked lean ground beef, diced tomato, onion, salt pepper etc. topped with mozzerella and baked).

                    Re: Tuesday dinner?

I feel inspired and have changed my mind ...I have fresh prawns and I am making this marinade
3 cloves of fesh garlic smashed
1 inch of fresh ginger grated
1 large minced scotch bonnet or habanero pepper
                    4 tbls oil
                    4 minced green onions
                    2 tbl curry powder
                    1 tbl soy sauce
                    2 tble tomato paste
                    shot of rum
I am going to marinate these for a few hours...
then I will flash fry them with fresh red and yellow peppers

                      Re: Tuesday dinner?

For anyone who doesn't believe in this way of eating or thinks it's an "all meat diet", all they have to do is read one of these dinner threads to see how healthy the meals really are! I would love to be a great cook. I mean I've got my regular meals that are good and work for everyone in my house but anything different is just a scary thought for me. I do love reading all of your creative ideas though. I will have to make myself try them. Change is good!

LOl. I love garlic too Heidi. For some reason I have been CRAVING seafood for the past few weeks so this is going to be a much anticipated meal. (have oysters in the fridge for thursday or Friday, making MOGs baconwrapped oysters. YUM!)
