    omelette de chocolat


    1 tbl butter
    2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
    melt them in the microwave stir every 15 seconds on high then set aside to cool whisk it every few min ...

    4 large eggs separated
    1/4 cup splenda mixed with 1/4 tsp powder stevia or use liquid it matters not
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 tsp real vanilla


    in a clean bowl beat the egg whites until soft peaks form set aside


    whisk the egg yolks in another bowl then pour them and the sweetener into the melted cooled chocolate/butter mix add the vanilla then the sour cream whisk together well then fold in the egg whites
    preheat oven to 350

    heat a nonstick skillet over medium low melt 2 tbl butter in the skillet and pour in the batter swirl it around and cook on the stove for 5 min with out moving it ..then put the skillet in the oven to finish the cooking

    filling
    1/4 cup whipping cream whipped
    1 4oz package of cream cheese
    3 tbl Splenda
    vanilla extract

    beat together well and when the omelet is done let cool a bit loosen from pan ..put filling on one side and fip in half ...

    I really like this cold actually with berries on it ...

    I would say this is four servings

      This looks awesome. The sour cream worries me, but I think I'm going to make this tonight to have for the next few mornings.
