You'll have to read the labels. I've seen deli type ham with counts from 1-4 per serving. And I've seen smoked hams, with similar carbs.~Megs~

A really good habit to get into is to always read the labels. As they can vary so much.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Check the deli for Boar's Head brand deli meats, they usually have a brochure there that lists all of the ingredients and nutritional info that you can take with you and refer to at home! Boar's Head makes a lot of acceptable ones for us, including all beef hotdogs with no sugar or fillers if you like hotdogs!
