    There is a recipe around here somewhere for faux potato salad, everyone seems to love it! I haven't tried it because I never liked real potato salad. Raw veggies with something like a ranch dip would be good also. I'll do some thinking and let you know if I come up with anything else!

      ahem, sorry.

      I ran downtown to the expensive fishmonger..... Bought 6 giant prawns and a half pint of oysters. Tonight its shrimp wrapped in bacon. Tomarrow... its oysters baby! God Im so excited Im drooling LOL.
      Yum! I'm jealous!

        Binsk, Im with Heidi, I love your Hubby too! lol. What a doll! Do you loan him out?

        MoG... come on over, we can do dinner! lol. i tellyou.... those prawns... delicious. They were huge wild texas prawns. MASSIVE (6 of them were 9 ounces!). and so blessed good wrapped in bacon. Worth every penny too!

          I bet they were delicious! We don't get prawns around here very often, when we do they're like 20 bucks a pound! I used to go to New Orleans often and I'd always bring some back! They were the bestest! I was just looking at this weeks flyers, only shrimp on sale are the 51-60's! Geez, those teeny tiny things would get lost in a piece of bacon! LOL
