I can't seem to find a carb count for it anywhere, but I've been avoiding it since even though I'm on the grain rung I'm not sure how much barely extract will up the carb count. Does anyone know?

barley extract?from the vinegar instituteMalt vinegar, made by the two-fold fermentation of barley malt or other cereals where starch has been converted to maltose.
barley is malted by germinating it this allows starch to develope which is reacted with the bacteria in the fermentation stage like any other wine vinegar is.
