        They were delicious Joy! And the fish was too! I stuffed it with spinach, pine nuts, garlic and cheese, I'm trying to remember which cheese I used now...darnit!

          once in a while I see them in a sushi roll have you ever tried the softshell crabs like that? I have never ordered it but will if it is wonderful
