You have to be careful as tiny as they are only heat them for a second because they will shrink up more!!!

You could always toss them still frozen into stir-frys or soups/casseroles. Mini-shrimp are fun to just add for a little flavor kick to any dish that you think shrimp will go well with. Also good for making shrimp/cheese dips.

I rinse mine in cold water to thaw them then I squeeze them dry and toss them on top of my salad, or make some low carb cocktail sauce and have some as an appetizer or a snack. I also like to make a shrimp salad with by mixing them with mayo cilantro and a bit of green onion serve in an avocado half.
Sometimes when I make fish I add a handful to the pan in the last few minutes of cooking with some butter and serve them on top of the filet I always feel like I am having a resturant meal when I do that LOL (doesnt take much to make me feel special LOL) :joy

I love to use those little shrimp for shrimp fried "rice", using cauliflower instead of rice...it comes out really yummy with all the chinese spices and egg mixed in!

Defrost them and put them in an omlet with some cream cheese and spinach!
