Re: shrimp recipes???
You have to be careful as tiny as they are only heat them for a second because they will shrink up more!!!Originally posted by ztachicki have these precooked little tiny shrip that i got from walmart, and they are frozn, it says to ruin under cold water and eat, so im wondering if i sautee them in butter if it will spoil the shrip, also, i need any recipes for these, i thought hey were a great idea at the time i got them but now??/ i dont know whta to do w/ them there smaller tehn the shrip in red lobsters shrip scampi, i just dont know what to do ...thanks

You could always toss them still frozen into stir-frys or soups/casseroles. Mini-shrimp are fun to just add for a little flavor kick to any dish that you think shrimp will go well with. Also good for making shrimp/cheese dips.

I rinse mine in cold water to thaw them then I squeeze them dry and toss them on top of my salad, or make some low carb cocktail sauce and have some as an appetizer or a snack. I also like to make a shrimp salad with by mixing them with mayo cilantro and a bit of green onion serve in an avocado half.
Sometimes when I make fish I add a handful to the pan in the last few minutes of cooking with some butter and serve them on top of the filet I always feel like I am having a resturant meal when I do that LOL (doesnt take much to make me feel special LOL) :joy
