This was a LOT of brown! Here it is out of the oven. That was just not looking good to me at all!

And here after I "peeled" it LOL. The good news is the cake underneath does taste good! Now I just need to let it cool and then throw some whipped cream and strawberries on top and nobody will know the difference, right? Oh, except you guys, that I am confessing to!! LOL

I am disappointed. I took it out of the pan and the bottom is still kinda "wet". I am throwing it back in the oven. We'll see what happens. Waaaah!
