OK, Crabby cakes are what they are called at the local wing joint. And they are breaded. I did both breaded w/egg and almond flour and parm and Old Bay seasoning and non breaded, for this "experiment".
I prefer the non breaded, DS prefers the breaded. They are both very good! The breaded ones were "wetter" after cooking. I used about a tablespoon of mixture for each "cake". (All were fried for about the same amount of time, also)

              Re: Crabby Cakes

I shrunk it on photobucket I will email you the pic later full size...the chile sauce is just ground red chiles mixed with vinegar easy as can be

20 hot peppers of any type you like (you can actually use a combo of hot and sweet that is really good too
              1 cup vinegar
pinch of salt if you like

toss in the blender or food processor then especially if they are hot hot take it outside before you take the lid off or you will gas yourself !!!!

Oh, yes Mog, the darker ones were unbreaded. The breading I used the almond flour and parm and garlic and old bay. Tony said "YUMMMMM, awesome Mom".
