    Oh, what a wonderful idea to roast with olive oil, garlic, and onions before the braising! I will certainly have to try it! I'm so glad that you and your husband enjoyed it.
    No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.
