Heavy and light cream can be found in the milk section of the grocery store. Heavy cream is like milk but thicker. Maybe someone else can explain it better than that.HW: 238

Mine says "Heavy Whipping Cream." It's with the half and half and other coffee creamers. Hope that helps.
