    Spaghetti Squash Question

i have two HUGE spaghetti Squaches in the fridge and tonight i am making pizza in a bowl which can also double as like spaghetti toping. I am not eating the squash tonight because i will have had my carbs in the daytime, but i was wondering,

    1) How do you make the spaghetti squash, and
    2) Does iit save well in the fridge for left overs? If so can i heat it up in the microwave tomorrow for lunch?

Thanks for any help and advice!

    Re: Spaghetti Squash Question

This is a really good article about spaghetti squash.

When I have leftover squash, I either microwave it to reheat or make it into spaghetti squash 'pancakes' by adding chopped onion and an egg, then pan frying it for a savory side dish.
