I tried this tonight and YUMMY! My question is, has anyone prepared a larger portion in advance and does it keep well in the fridge for 1-2 days? I seem so short on time in the mornings, and if I could have some ready in advance, it would helps tons!

yep you can reheat it but be careful and don't blast it as if you over cook it you get rubber.by the book atkinseer

Thank you! Do you think it would keep in liquid form in the fridge and I could just pour up what I want in the mornings?
I really want to succeed this time and I'm trying new recipes. I'm just not a meat eater and I got so bored the first time around. I'm trying to make use of all the great recipes here and see if I can last and make this a way of life for me.
p.s. I'm in awe over your success! I was here a couple of years ago and you were at about 125 total loss. So nice to see a pic this time!! I remember Brooke too. How is she? Is she still here?

Make a few ahead of time and cover and refrigerate them.
I don't eat alot of sweetened things, but I bake a week's worth of crustless quiches (in one of those jumbo muffin tins) on the weekend, and use them for breakfast throughout the week.~Megs~
