), but I'm a bit of a newbie with nori sheets. Am I supposed to moisten it first? I did, but it didn't seem right.
The nori sheets are toasted, so I'm not sure I am supposed to roll them as they are. I have a bamboo/wood sushi rolling mat which I haven't used yet.
