What time do you have to start fasting? I usually have to fast from midnight so I'm lucky I still get dinner. Its the no water in the middle of the night that kills me.

Yea, I thought about that after I posted. I fast for endoscopies, so I can't have any water or anything--that kills me! But at least it starts at midnight. Poor ToC
Miss P, that sounds like a plan to me! We rarely go out, but we are going out this weekend to celebrate and we have a gift certificate for the OutBack Steak House!

Stuffed green tomatoes: I had alot of greenies that I needed to harvest ASAP. So, I chopped off their tops, hollowed them out, filled them with a mix of ground meat/onion/herbs/cheese. Put them into a casserole dish, surrounded them with their chopped tops and innards. And baked them. I made alot yesterday, so I'm having leftovers tonight.
I got poker tonight a tthe bar....so I get my favorite...Buffalo Wings!! Yum!
