I am wondering if people are still using Stevia as a sweetener besides Splenda. I have been looking up recipes and lots of them list Splenda as an ingredient. I get headaches everytime I injest Splenda so I really want to stay away from it. There is a great cucumber asian salad recipe and a poppy seed dressing recipe but both call for Splenda. Could Stevia be a suitable substitute?

Stevia takes some getting used to - practice to make sure you don't use too much, but when you've got it right one of those little bottles can last a year or more! I've also cut back on my total sweetener use. It's funny how I like the taste of plain tea now..
