I love cute guys with sauce on their faces!!!

in my ever humble opionion ....there is nothing hotter than guys eating wings with sauce all over their faces ...that huge primal hotwing smile gets me every time......so of course I took it upon myself to perfect this recipe....guard it and use it only when you want to smile

I am making these to take to work today ...just so I can see those faces ...keep my secret K?

Heidi's Hot as Helll Hotwings...for two large pkgs of wings

you need to clarify a pound of good unsalted butter ..I use Tillamook

then add to the warmed butter in order the following

3 cloves of garlich smashed
1 bunch of green onions minced
a tsp of cumin
4 tble of good New Mexican chile powder (I use hot)
1 packet of sazon seasoning con cilantro
juice of 2 limes
1/2 bottle of Franks hot sauce
1/2 bottle of Lousiana brand hot sauce
heat together to simmer ...

fry your wings to crispy ...put into the sauce ...stirr it around then on a baking sheet in the oven 200 until the rest are done ...

serve with celery and blue cheese if you are a traditionalist
or you can do what I am doing and make a cilatro cream dressing and serving with jicama

OMG I should have taken pics...EVERYONE had sauce on thier faces last night!!! (insert a redheaded happy dance here!!!) ...men and women!!! ..it was so fun....

Oh my God!! If you want to please a bunch of coworkers to the point of insanity
...make and take your best recipe of hot wings into work!!! Along with the veggies and dip...
PRICELESS!!!!
...people dive in ...you can dive in (even on induction!!!) ..it was so fun...like a party....I got so many wonderful great big hugs for those little snacks!!!! and no one actually knew it was

DIET FOOD!!!!!!

Do you have a fryer Heidi, or do you just fry them in a pot on the stove? I usally just bake mine because i can only fry in small batches and it seems to take a long time.

NOPE I use a pot on the stove and my husband came unglued when he found out I was deep frying alone in the house..he thinks I am too short to be doing this safely
