in my ever humble opionion ....there is nothing hotter than guys eating wings with sauce all over their faces ...that huge primal hotwing smile gets me every time......so of course I took it upon myself to perfect this recipe....guard it and use it only when you want to smile
I am making these to take to work today ...just so I can see those faces ...keep my secret K?
Heidi's Hot as Helll Hotwings...for two large pkgs of wings
you need to clarify a pound of good unsalted butter ..I use Tillamook
then add to the warmed butter in order the following
3 cloves of garlich smashed
1 bunch of green onions minced
a tsp of cumin
4 tble of good New Mexican chile powder (I use hot)
1 packet of sazon seasoning con cilantro
juice of 2 limes
1/2 bottle of Franks hot sauce
1/2 bottle of Lousiana brand hot sauce
heat together to simmer ...
fry your wings to crispy ...put into the sauce ...stirr it around then on a baking sheet in the oven 200 until the rest are done ...
serve with celery and blue cheese if you are a traditionalist
or you can do what I am doing and make a cilatro cream dressing and serving with jicama
