My BF loves Fajitas and eats them most weeks. He uses Old El Paso Fajita kit which comes with a spice mix. The info is:
Ingredients: Sugar, natural flavourings, vegetable powder (onion and garlic), yeast extract, salt, spices (pepper, cayene pepper), acids:sodium acetate and citric acid, colour:caramel.
56g of carbs per 100g
I like to eat the chicken, peppers (green and red) and onion on its own as the tortilla is not allowed on the stage I am in. I'm guessing that the spice mix isnt great to eat either as the first ingredient is sugar.
I was wondering if anyone had a spice mix of their own that they have created that was more Atkins friendly?
