Re: What's for dinner?
Today, I'm doing something different. I have a lot of leftovers: a few cooked pork chops, a grilled chicken breast, some leftover roast beef. So last night, I chopped them all up. Added a chopped onion and half a leftover tomato. Threw it into the crockpot with a bit of cumin and two dried ancho chilis (I ground them into a powder using my coffee grinder.) I set the crockpot on low and let it cook through the night. This morning all the meat was in shreds and it smelled like that barbeque pulled pork. So that's what's waiting for me when I get home.
If it's good, I'll post exactly what I did.

I remembered seeing one of Lindas Taco seasoning recipes on here so I searched for it, and made it!!! It was delish. When it was cooked I put the meat in a bowl, added some cheddar cheese, romain lettuce and a 1/4 tomato. I also put a teaspoon of Italian dressing over the top. I use to make it before with tons of dressing and FRITO CHIPS on the bottom
I didn't miss them at all
