I bought a bag of these at an asian market recently. They're dried. Any ideas on what to do with them? Lately, I've been soaking them in water to rehydrate, and then slicing them thinly and tossing with tamari, ginger, hot pepper oil and sesame oil, and eating them wrapped in Nori sheets.
Any other ideas? If you've ever had shiitake, especially dried, you'll know they have a very strong flavor.
