A Quebec cheese called Oka, it's wonderful melted.
Dubliner cheese.
There is a cheddar i found recently called 'horseradish cheddar' a sharp white cheddar made with horseradish. I can't buy it often as it's so addictive I can't stop eating it!
I just found wensleydale with added cranberries at Lidl's
Great for a colourful dessert if you are as far as the berries rung of OWL and 50 grams makes a good sized 5 net carbs too!
