    I love all sorts of cheeses. I'll have to agree on the Tillamook, and of any sort. I have 10 pounds in the refrigerator (5, 2 pound loaves) here looking for any cheese recipes. LOL!

    mmm I need to get some Brie and Gouda, after I finish what we have. Cream cheese squares with Italian dressing on it, or a little salsa.

    I've never had Port Salut and will have to check it out.

            Cheddar at the mo but I do love soft cheeses!
            Bit scared to touch any at the mo till I'm certain they are okay.....the ones I like have peppers and things round the edges!

            Can anyone recommed any good soft cheeses that won't cause problems?

            Also....how do you stop yourselves gorging the lot of it down?!

                OK, anyone that knows me at all knows I'm a cheese freak. At the moment we have a huge block of 3 year aged Extra Sharp White Cheddar in the fridge that'll we've been working on and it is awesome! We just got a Costco here so we've been working our way through their selection of cheeses, I just wish they'd sell smaller blocks!

                I also have brie, camebert, extra sharp orange cheddar, parmeseano reggiano (which we adore but at 16.99 a lb we try to take it easy on it), and a couple other's I'm sure. We are always well stocked in the cheese dept.

                    How much of soft cheese is allowed? ....Philladelphia etc?

                    I'm on extended induction at the mo but thinking of moving onto OWL tommorow.

                      Yes.. cream cheese is included in the total of 3-4 ounces per day of cheese.

                        Gonna have to hide it at the back of the fridge then! I knew there was a reason I hadn't bought any until now! It's soooo moreish I just wanna spoon it in!

                            Gorgonzola al mascarpone (it comes layered) is my addiction at the moment.

                                Gorgonzola is my absolute favorite!! Especially sauteed' with asparagus.
