      The best pepperoni treat:

Put slices of pepperoni on a piece of parchment paper, nuke until crispy. These are delicious for induction and I still eat them! YUM!

              Re: Pepperoni

I like to put 2 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese in a small (very small) cast iron skillet, and put a few slices of pepperoni on top, and stick it under the broiler until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.

I have never used parchment paper (actually I'll admit I am not sure what it is unless it is wax paper??). Anyway, I use 2 paper plates with 2 napkins on top and line the entire plate with peperroni and microwave for about 2 minutes. These are soooo yummy I have to fight over them with my 10 year old daughter!

                  Re: Pepperoni

I take 2 ounces of mozz. cheese (2 sticks) and a couple of slices of pepperoni and also nuke it for about 1 minute.

It's like a pizza without the crust.

Parchment is not wax paper. Don't mix those two up or you'll have a disaster with the food.

Parchment paper IS sold in the same area of your store as waxed and aluminum foil.
