Watching shows on BBC America and they're talking about Scotch Eggs. I looked them up, and aside from the breadcrumbs they look atkins-friendly.
For some reason, even though the pubs that fancy themselves English or Irish here sell fish and chips, they don't sell scotch eggs so I've never tried them...
Does anyone have a recipe or any information about how they taste? I'm fascinated.

Divide ground turkey or pork into 8 (2-ounce) portions. In a small bowl, mix Atkins Mix (or one of the flours listed above) with the finely crushed pork rinds. Blend thoroughly.
