  • Another Quick Question

    I was looking for Almond Flour today and couldn't find it anywhere. Is Hazelnut Meal/Flour and acceptable substitue? Made from pur ground hazelnute, which I'm assuming Almond Flour is made from Almonds...

    Has anyone used the Hazelnut Flour and is it okay for this WOE?

    Nut flours are acceptable and legal only during/after Rung 3 of OWL.

        You can make your own almond flour too, by grinding peeled (unroasted) almonds. Just be careful not to over grind them or they go pasty from the heat of the blades. Pulsing is best.
