  • Salad Dressing..

Okay, this may sound dumb (esp. since I've done Atkins before) but I need to ask. Apparently the only Induction safe dressing is Olive Oil & Vinegar. So do I just buy regular olive oil, regular vinegar and pour them onto my salad? Is there a special kind of oil/vinegar I should buy? Frankly, if it's regular vinegar I don't know if I can eat it because it sounds pretty gross.

My first time on Atkins I used ranch, but this time I'm really trying to adhere to all the rules! Thanks.

      Try Newman's Italian Dressing
Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
      he said, 'Don't count calories.'
