LOL ok I don't know if a clumping agent is what I need...
But does anybody have any tips for making stuff stick together?
My kids and I tried to make 'granola' out of roughly ground up almonds, butter, splenda and cinamon and put it in the oven for awhile. It tastes yummy but it's just flakey and we wanted it more clumpy... Of course it has to be healthy and Atkins friendly so I'm lost!
We tried making balls before we put it in the oven but they fall apart as soon as we pick them up.
Any ideas would be greatly appretiated!
