    Crustless quiche

is it supposed to rise??? my god!

i SUCK at cooking and i was being brave trying this *simple* dish out... its been in the oven about 25 mins so i went to check on it... its rised to double the size of the quiche tray!!! surely this is wrong lmao..

so what did i do wrong? whisking it? should i have just mixed together instead?

it looks pretty gross too, all my mushrooms have risen to the top yer gonna tell me thats normal right? lol

Emma, to prevent the mushrooms and other "floatables" from floating, anchor them down by sprinkling cheese on top, then pour over the egg mixture.

I love that quiche, I used to make it every sunday and then portion it out and put it in ziploc bags to bring to work for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. You can freeze it too if you like.
