    Ok.. I am ADDICTED to Diet Green Tea.. I've heard all along in other "diet" type programs that green tea and citrus promote weight loss. This is

    Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus Natural flavors..

    Is this safe for me to drink while Im doing the atkins? Hope someone has some help. Thanks!

    Sounds ok to me, unless there are hidden sugars (check ingreds)... though to be perfectly legal you should get hold of the decaffeinated green tea. Just remember that the tea doesn't take the place of the water you're supposed to drink. That has to be counted separately.
