Which is better to use on induction chicken stock or chicken broth? My dad makes a great soup with ground beef, cabbage, green beans, peas, carrots(which im not putting in since i cant have) and tomatoes. and he adds spices and a touch of hot sauce! Loove it!

I too was wondering about the difference. Whichever you use, make sure the ingredients are induction legal... that way you're safe.Before and after:

I also believe they're the same thing?
One thing you hvae to watch if using store bought stocks is the sodium...they can be brutally high in it! I buy a low sodium organic one..there are tons of choices out there now.Jen, 39, F

A stock is made by simmering bones with vegetables/herbs and water. A broth is made by simmering meat with vegetables/herbs and water. But they are used interchangeably most of the time.~Megs~
