What to use instead of flour?

I am making home made mac & cheese with dreamfield pasta and was wondering if anyone has an suggestions on how to make a low carb rue?

Usually I just use 2 tbs. of flour with the butter and I use heavy cream instead of milk, but this time I really want to make it really low carb and use another form of starch.

I see you mention this in you post as a must have on hand....it must be yummy, kinda like those shaved head bad boys with tatoos (in delete me) LOL .
The sauce sounds yummy and I think that it may do the trick. Thanks for the suggestion.

I just purchased some cauliflower and I am going to make that exact reipe this week. Try it out on the family and see what faces I get. LOL

Are you by Reading? I have a "mate" that lives there. He is so wild! Lots of tats, 9 peircings all over his body- 4 you can see and 5...well they are hidden lets just say. He kinda reminds me of a hippie gone bad. I am hoping in 2 years when I turn 40 to go over and see him and his wife for a couple of days and then travel to wonderful Amsterdam for the rest of my time abroad. Can't wait~ Saving up now and losing weight for this great adventure.

I only have 1 hidden piercing, but for a man to have 5 in one area...OUCH!

I wish you could tell me about Amsterdam, but I am sure it would be deleted like the statue of David was....LOL ...this is not the right forum for that chit chat.
