  • Chocolate Bark

Just wondering if anyone has had good experiences making a low carb chocolate nut bark.....On hand I have squares of unsweetened pure chocolate, nuts ( almond and macadamian ), and sweeteners : Splenda, stevia, and erythritol. I would think this would be all I would need need....but not sure of the amounts of sweetener to use per ? chocolate.

    Thanks for any suggestions

    Re: Chocolate Bark

All the recipes I have seen say 'sweetener to taste'!
It would depend on how sweet you like it as well as how much you are making, but maybe try a couple of teaspoons to start with and test before adding more.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
