I was looking at the BAVARIAN APPLE CHEESECAKE recipe and saw Carbalose Flour. What is this and why are we aloud to have it? Has anyone ever made anything with it and if so did you like it?
I also saw Almond Flour used in a couple recipes, are we aloud to have this?
How do I know which recipes are ok for which stages of OWL? It seems like things are going to get complicated as I start to try to add more recipes to my diet and I don't want to end up messing up. Should I trust that I can have what is listed on Lynda's website??????
