    what are you making for dinner tonight?

    time to do this again!!! been a while and it is selfish you guys always give me great ideas to try!

    I am not sure for tonight....I am making a picnic for tomorrow ...but tonight ...maybe I will make Megs Chicken Adobo!....with some chiles and a salad...!....

    I´ll have meat in a stone-grill (you know what I mean? I don´t know the name in English) with different sauces + salad.

                  It´s great because you take it to the table and may cook there with all your friends sitting around.
                  It´s for meat, chicken, fish and veggies ... and we make different sauces to eat with .... as if it was a fondue or a raclette.

                            Well, I made homemade spaghetti sauce yesterday and simmered it all day in the crock pot so tonite is Spaghetti! of course John will have real spaghetti and I'll have to settle for Keto's so called spaghetti noodles but oh well, as long as we have freshly grated Parmeseano Reggiano I'll be
                            happy!

                            We had our Valentine dinner on Saturday nite, 4 lbs of steamed Snow Crab Legs with melted butter! and a salad oh of course I had a little champange as well!

                              I love Parmesano. I love actually any cheese! .... about the pasta .. I was thinking about boiling some cabbage, add minced meat and cheat myself with it :guns
