I agree with MOG eat in at the table no book no tv and then get up and do something...if you have the urge to snack a deep breath and a huge glass of water and go for a walk or just sign on and read something here ...it works!
Yes! Concentrate on the food (taste, texture, etc). Think about the taste (and how good it tastes) while chewing. You'd be suprised at how satisfied you will feel afterwards.
