    How many carbs in a cup of Splenda?

    I am making a recipe and want to count up the total carbs, and the recipe calls for 1 cup of Splenda. I am using the Splenda that comes in a bag, not packets. Does anyone know how many carbs are in a cup?

    24 is what I've been told. That's why I use the liquid when I can. It's the maltodextrin and fillers in the granulated stuff that adds carbs.

      I want to buy liquid splenda, but I cannot find it anywhere. I'm on the East coast.

      Does anyone know where I can get it online?

        I bought mine at Sweetzfree. I think the link and address are online here somewhere -- so just do a search here or on google and you should find it. If not, let me know, and I'll look harder for the address!
