Butter, cheese or any other goodies? If so share your recipe. I just made my first small batch of butter, and it was so good, the only problem was it left me really wanting to slather it on some fresh baked warm bread, but I resisted and put it in the fridge to harden up.
I think I'm going to try cheese next. Anybody have any other ideas?

I just poured in the cream, hit "turbo" (or whatever the highest speed was) and watched until the flecks of butter appeared in the buttermilk; drained it, rinsed it, pressed it and ... it tasted just like store butter! I never did it again; but it was a fun experiment
